This is a great company until you have some problem. Then the customer service people are nowhere to be found.
I think they should allow respectful dumpster diving. If they could just let people who clean up their potential mess (including other peoples messes), who obviously aren’t dumping anything, who aren’t disruptive, who are very quick and cooperative, rescue good items from the dumpsters in order to reduce waste, and donate items to less fortunate people who need them. I get that its private property but it would be so lovely if they would just tell security to allow it for a few good people!
