  1. The Santa refuses to hold crying children. Sometimes it happens, if he can’t handle it he shouldn’t be Santa. Also making comments on how I parent was not appreciated.

    1. Maybe the child is afraid of the big-bearded Santa. so don’t force your child on him. Calm your child down, then maybe try again later.
